Am Impressed With Alfa's Exceptional Customer Service -
In August 2001 I purchased
the Pelton & Crane OCM
from Alfa Medical. Their customer service was outstanding
when I first started to inquire about the sterilizer. It
was almost midnight when I sent my 1st eMail, and 10 minutes
later, I got a response. I was impressed.
Alfa was great in putting
up with my numerous and often redundant questions. I appreciate
the time they took to answer me, and provide the help I
needed to make a decision. Even though this was a small
sale for their company, they took the time to walk me through
the process to ensure I didn't make a mistake. That is customer
service. They were so helpful.
When my Pelton and Crane
OCM arrived (a day earlier than estimated), I was as happy
as a clam. I just ran it through two cycles with no problems
- no agar or liquid boilover. They again took the time to
guide me through the process. I really appreciated their
help very much. I love this Pelton & Crane OCM. It works
perfectly. I am so glad I didn't take a chance with an autoclave
from someone else. I might have gotten the OCM for less
than what I paid Alfa for it, but what happens if it has
a problem?
The sterilizer has been
perfect. No problems at all. I am very glad I bought it
from Alfa. The only thing I regret is not having a larger
chamber to accommodate larger flasks of media. However,
when I mentioned this to Alfa, they right away offered me
to take it back and ship me the larger sterilizer for its
original price, without penalty for returning the OCM I
have been using for four months.
I really hope Alfa will sell lots of autoclaves in 2002.
Their customer service is exceptional.
When they asked me if they
can put my testimony on their web site, I told them that
they certainly may put me on their web site. I would love
to tell people how happy I am with their products and service.
