In addition, we install electric timer and a valve which will shut off and vent the sterilizer at the end of the cycle.

We have been using Alfa Medical for our sterilizer needs since 1992. We had Alfa rebuild 6 of our Pelton & Crane OCM sterilizers, and we purchased several other rebuilt sterilizers. Alfa had rebuilt my Pelton and Crane OCM sterilizer in 1991.

It is working great until this day. In March of 2003 I called with an issue I had with the sterilizer. They gave me a recommendation of what to do over the phone. It worked.

I would highly recommend you to rebuild your Pelton and Crane OCM sterilizer and not to buy anyting else.

Here is what's done to your sterilizer, and the parts which are always being replaced:

Replace all three heaters
Replace filter
Install New Gasket
Rewire the entire sterilizer with temperature sensitive wire
Upgrade to a larger reservoir
Install New Temperature and Pressure Gauges
Calibrate for more accurate temperature & pressure reading
Install 'Over Pressure' Safety Valve
Upgrade to our Automatic Shut Off System
Up grade to our Automatic Venting System
