Problem

The machine's temperature reading is too much lower than its settings, but the safety value is activated

Reason

Mostly the problem is caused by the bellow, which does not work. Then the air inside the chamber can not flee out of the chamber. There are too many air remained inside the chamber, then the pressure does not match the temperature (for pure steam the pressure will match its temperature.) So the reading of the temperature may be low, but the pressure inside the chamber is very high already. That is why the saftey valve activated.
