It's no secret that who ever purchased the 1st three (3) generations of the Pelton & Crane Validator (8 & 10) original Validator experienced many repair bills.

To avoid anymore repair bills, we at Alfa decided to complete remanufacture the Validator sterilizer by removing all of the electronics, and replace them with mechanical components.  The sterilizer will still vent & shut off automatically, but without circuit boards or computer electronics.

The mechanical components that we put in are similar to the OCM & OCR model, which proved themselves to be very durable, dependable, heavy-duty, and virtually indestructible.

We have remanufactured several hundred Validators, and they work very well.  The sterilizer will now get the job done, and perform time after time without fail.  You now have a sterilizer you can count on.

The Pelton & Crane Validator is the original electronic sterilizer on the market. The 1st of them all.  The concept was great...  Push a button, and the sterilizer will fill itself with water, come up to  temperature, stay at 273f degrees for the proper amount of time, vent itself, and dry.  All in one push of a button.  There were three(3) generations of validators which were produced by Pelton & Crane.

The 1st generation was the validator which had brown cover and beige front.

The 2nd generation was the cream color both on the door & on the cover.

The 3rd generation was the Validator plus (same colors as the second generation).

These Validators have an excellent chamber (It is the only one piece chamber on the market) and heating system.  We at Alfa build around these two great components, and at the same time remove the electronic problem.  You will now be able to have this sterilizer for many years to come with fail.
