E03	The cassette has failed to pressurize and achieve a temperature of 110°C within 70 seconds of pressurization.	Faulty or worn cassette seal, faulty or dirty solenoid valve, damaged cassette, or faulty exhaust tube, leaky check valve or pressure relief valve.	Replace the cassette seal, clean the solenoid valve, repair/replace the cassette as needed, or repair/replace the exhaust tube, check valve, or pressure relief valve as needed. E04	The cassette has failed to achieve sterilization conditions within 10 minutes of the chamber first reaching 102°C.	Damaged or worn cassette seal, faulty solenoid valve, improperly installed copper tubing, cassette thermocouple misalignment or damage, faulty steam generator pressure relief valve, or faulty check valve on.	Replace the cassette seal, clean the solenoid valve, reinstall the copper tubing correctly, align or repair the cassette thermocouple, repair/replace the steam generator pressure relief valve, or repair/replace the check valve on the steam generator as needed. E05	The boiler went dry prematurely.	Bad pump or boiler. Check pump using Pump Tester Bottle Part #SCK024-384.	Check the pump and replace it if necessary.	Pump	01-100568S
E06	The boiler temperature is more than 5°C higher than the chamber while sterilizing.	Check for kinks in the exhaust tubing. Check for a clogged duct in the rear of the cassette tray. Blow out with Compressed air. Check solenoid for proper operation.	Check the exhaust tubing, clean the duct in the rear of the cassette tray, and/or check the solenoid valve for proper operation.
