ETC cGMP Steam Sterilizers

ETC provides a full range of clean and pure steam generators for use with cGMP sterilizers/autoclaves. Clean steam generators can be provided as an integral part of the sterilizer or independently skid mounted. At the heart of the system is a shell & tube heat exchanger design. It utilizes regular facility steam and DI, R/O, or WFI quality water to create clean steam. Fully automatic control is furnished to provide adjustment of feed water according to the momentary demand of the clean steam.

The Vertical Door was designed by ETC specifically for our customers seeking to maximize use of interstitial facility space, and minimize the excessive floor and pit space required by typical horizontal sliding door autoclaves.

This innovation has proven to be highly reliable, safe, easy to maintain and can actually save you money. With ETC's unique manufacturing capabilities, we can build larger steam sterilization systems for pharmaceutical and life-science applications, at a fraction of the cost.
