I am a veterinarian, from Montreal, PQ. I purchased a Pelton and Crane Sterilizers - Chamber Filter J2573 Pelton Crane OCR Sterilizer - Door Gasket PCG015 Autoclave Sterilizer - ON Switch TIGE5B-6S-WH-NB from sterilizers.com on 7/13/2007.
The salesman who I dealt with was very helpful. Mark was extremely courteous and went to his service technician on several occassions to be sure I was being sent the correct part. He was also very helpful in reminding me of the filter in the sterilizer which could cause problems with filling. I had completely forgotten about this part and indeed we did need a replacement.
