I work in a tattoo shop, from Williamson, SC. I purchased Prestige 210006 Classic Sterilizer - Door Gasket (Green) 219500 from sterilizers.com on 10/12/2007.

The salesman I dealt with, i called in my request the first salesman was very polite but did not give his name,i called back for conformation and he did not place my order there was no record of my purchase but he took my credit card number. the second salesman wanted my card number again this made me uncomfortable.he tried to help find 1st order but couldn't.made me feel like it was my fault that my first order wasn't in the system.
