, This time it was horrible; the communication was terrible; parts were back-ordered, this is understandable-I was never notified. I had to call you, a month after scheduled delivery to find
the status of my order. I was charged twice what I was quoted for shipping. I tried to speak to your sales reps and they were uncooperative. The quality of your service has always been good in the past-I'm hoping that it still is good-to make all these other problems worthwhile.
