I am a dentist, from Cottage Grove, MN. I purchased Scican Statim 2000 Sterilizer - Thermal Fuse Double 01-104461S from sterilizers.com on 1/17/2008.

The salesman I dealt with was Shlomo Savyon.
I was not satisified at all with the customer service I received. I paid for overnight shipping and received my part 5 days later, when I spoke to the cust. rep and asked for a refund on shipping costs, he was really rude and would not give me my money back for a service I did not receive. People order overnight shipping because they need the part overnight! If that is not possible they should at least be informed. We are a dental office and have been down in our lab due to our inability to sterilize our handpieces. Melissa Kretchmer
