I would like to add that, more specific shipping policies. I placed an order on 01/11/08, I received an order confirmation (no problem). I requested express shipping which I paid for at a premium. I just received an email that my order had shipped out today. One problem was that paypal did not transfer the funds to you for a number of days, when I had not received the order after 6 days I called, I was attended to very nicely and it was explained that paypal had not sent the funds yet and the order would not ship until the funds had been deposited in your account. As I was in a rush for these parts and did not want to wait any longer for paypal I asked that you charge my visa for payment to expedite the order. The day after the charge was made to my account I received a phone call to advise me the parts I ordered were on back order. It's now 01/21/08 10 days since I placed the order. My paypal account has been charged, my creditcard has been charged and I've paid for RUSH shipping.
Please credit my paypal account. I will call to follow up on this credit. Though I must say that the young lady that I have spoken to was very nice and helpful, within the tragedy of errors that occurred. I will continue to order necessary parts from your company as I have confidence that this is not standard operating procedure.
