Yes, I order something, free shipping, was not told until order was placed it would not be shipped for an additional 3-4 WEEKS. I have e-mailed your customer service several times inquiring how to have this shipped sooner, no reply. I will never order from you again, once I get this equipment. You charged my card two weeks ago, still no product. I would rather have paid for shipping and if I were given that option, I would have.
