I am very pleased with Alfa's service.

Alfa had rebuilt my Pelton and Crane OCM sterilizer in 1991.

It is working great until this day. In March of 2003 I called with an issue I had with the sterilizer. They gave me a recommendation of what to do over the phone. It worked.

I would highly recommend to have your Pelton and Crane OCM sterilizer rebuilt and not to buy anyting else. It works like a dream.
