I am a dentist, from Walnut Cove, NC. I purchased Pelton and Crane OCM OCR Sterilizer - Solid State Controller TCR4C from sterilizers.com on 5/20/2008.

The salesman I dealt with was Mike Reily.
The salesman, Mike was very knowledgable about the very old Pelton & Crane Sterilizer we have and was quick to offer not only the suggestions about the part we needed but assistance in installation once we receive it!
