Alfa always gave me prompt service

I bought my first Tuttnauer sterilizer back in 1990. I met the owner Shlomo Savyon at the New York Dental convention.

He knew exactly what sterilizer to recommend for my practice, and he had the best price on the convention floor.

Alfa's service is great. They know everything about sterilizers.

They always steer me in the right direciton. They never try to sell me more then I need.

On May 21st, 2003, I called them because the switch on my autoclave was stuck. After spending a few minutes on the phone with their technical department, they suggested to ship me the switch, and for me to replace it. Some companies would try to make more money out of this situation, by sending a service tech to my office, or request I ship the sterilizer to their location. But Alfa suggested the best solution for me, at the least possible cost to me, and I appreciate that.
