, I was very disappointed that you charged me $77 for a manual for my sterilizer and then when I got it I found that it was just 10-15 pages of poorly copied material - probably cost you about $1 to make. Your pricing is unreasoable and I would appreciate a partial refund of my money. J.Ogletree MD
