I work in a hospital, from Harrisonburg, VA. I purchased Midmark Ritter M9 sterilizer - Temperature Sensor 002-0357-00 from sterilizers.com on 11/7/2008.

The salesman was very helpful, I gave him the part number and the salesman responded with the price very quickly. I appreciate that. I didn't have the part number, so I gave the machine model #, and told them what I needed, and the salesman gave me the part #, this was very helpful.
