Pelton and Crane OCM Sterilizer - 7 dia x 14 deep Rebuild Z-OCM-R

I am a veterinarian, from Cape Girardeau, MO. I purchased Pelton and Crane OCM Sterilizer - 7 dia x 14 deep Rebuild Z-OCM-R from sterilizers.com on 11/7/2008.

The salesman I dealt with was Chuck Fishelson.
This was not a new order, was a replacement/warranty work. took entirely too long for the process to be completed. a call tag was not in with the sterilzer for the one to be returned. still waiting on the call tag. the replacement sterilizer was not cleaned prior to shipping to us. When filling to use the first time, had black debris floating in chamber.
