Cox Dry Heat 110V Sterilizer - New Z-COX-N-110V

I am a dentist, from E. Wenatchee, WA. I purchased Cox Dry Heat 110V Sterilizer - New Z-COX-N-110V from sterilizers.com on 11/26/2008.

The salesman I dealt with was Mike Reily.
The salesman, Mike was very helpful in finding that your website accepted our order, which we waited and waited for. Got a conformation number, called because we never received it and was told that it had been shipped, called 2 weeks later only to find out that it had never processed and was never shipped, and our order did not exist.
Here is what I think about your website, As in the response above we ordered it only to find out that the order had never been processed. If we could find this type of sterilizer somewhere else we would. We have not had the best of luck with the quality of these sterilizers the last couple of years. Our first ones lasted about 10 years, and after we replaced it that one lasted 1 year, the one it was replaced with caught on fire after 6 mos., the one that replaced it has had error readings in the thermometer. And now we are replacing the other one that was purchased 3 years ago and it won't run a complete cycle or shut off! Thank You for allowing me to vent, but times are tough and money is tight.
