Alfa Medical is doing everythng they can to satisfy their customers

What a nice idea - to get customer input.

I talked to the nicest person ever....... not only was he patient while I found the model number, but he was so smart about the model - giving me easy clues to look for.

We thought we only needed a gasket, but because of his knowledge and questions, we found out that there was a filter on the machine that we needed to keep an eye on and change as indicated. Boy was it indicated!

I was very impressed - would put your company on the top of my list to use again!!!
