I work in a tattoo shop, from Big Rapids, MI. I purchased AutoClave Supplies 004149 Pelton Crane OCM Sterilizer - Door Cam from sterilizers.com on 3/26/2009.

The salesman I dealt with was Shlomo Savyon.
In my opinion, the exact part I needed was slightly difficult to find on the website, due to no photograph, but was found easily enough using the detailed diagram I clicked on

I would like to add that, you shou;d make it easier to find the detailed parts diagrams (I needed the door cam, but didn't know the name of the part, so I had to follow a couple clicks to get to the detailed diagram that showed that part).
