I work in a mortuary, from Plentywood, MT. I purchased AutoClave Supplies SIS-250 Sterilizer - Steam Indicator Strip 250/bx from sterilizers.com on 5/29/2009.

The salesman I dealt with was Shlomo Savyon.
In my opinion, your website is very clunky -- especially having to scroll down the entire page to find information at the bottom.
I would like to add:
1. Move information to the top of the page

2. Specify earlier in the process that you cannot ship to PO Boxes -- having to go over the information 3 times is ponderous and unnecessary. A week's delay between receipt of standard ground order and shipment is unconscionable in today's world
