Alfa's employees are always there to help when I need them to.

Every time I call or use the internet to order a part or just to troubleshoot, the people at Alfa medical are more than happy to help out. Alfa's employees are courteous and knowledgable of sterilizers.

I will continue to use Alfa for all my sterilizer parts in the future.
