I work in an university, from Chicago, IL. I purchased AutoClave Supplies 3167030 Heating element for the Napco 8000 sterilizer autoclave from sterilizers.com on 10/13/2010. The salesman I dealt with was Jerry .
The salesman, Not paticularly helpful. I did not place the original order but followed-up on delivery and after delivery trying to get the correct part. Left many messages before I received a call back. Long intervals between follow-ups. No recognition whatsoever when called regarding wrong part received (& I was talkine to the person who placed the order) and no apology for not asking the correct questions to assure we got the correct part. Even this email although addressed to me has a subject directed to our A/P director when just yesterday, I explained that I was the contact person.
Here is what I think about your web site, I have never seen it.
